When you fill in one of our forms on the applicable page, we will respond to you ASAP with your quote. If you choose to accept our quote then we prefer the balance to be paid up front there and then via Bank Transfer or Card.
You can opt to pay upon collection or delivery, though we will require a 25% Deposit to book the job in.
If paying upon delivery then the bill payer must be present at the Address when the item/goods arrive.
The 25% Deposit is refundable only if we are given at least 24 hours notice of the job cancellation, unless the cancellation was our fault.
