At some point in the near future we are planning on adding The Shipping Warrior Online Flea Market to this Website. Our Stall plans on selling Rag and Bone man goods that we obtain from various sources including House and Garden Clearances. Goods that are second hand. but may not quite be ready for the waste disposal site yet, and may still have value on Ebay and other online stores such as the one we are planning on building on this website here.

We may also consider selling goods obtained from Police and Government Auctions. We expect that there would be some real quality goods to be sold from this source.

But first, before we put our plans into action, we require a few things. We do not have a storage facility and are unwilling to pay a landlord a monthly set fee.

Instead we would prefer to find a person with their own home whom has an empty garage sitting there. We would rather strike a deal where instead of getting a Monthly set fee, you get a percentage of the sales. Potentially you could find yourself making a lot more money than if you insisted on a set fee. We are not worried about this, and would rather you made more out of sales than having ourselves take the risk of forking out money just to find out that we can't sell enough to cover the costs. We are also perfectly willing to sign an agreement which states that when we find out that Sales will more than cover the costs, we don't simply run off and purchase our own storage facility.

We would however reserve the right, in the event that we all agree that we could more than double the space of your garage to then rent another garage, or even our very own Storage Facility. However it would be in writing that we would always promise to keep your garage full.

We have no set in stone business plan made up in our heads and are open to discussion and ideas. Perhaps you are a retired person whom would welcome the idea of running a little online business and you might want a more hands on approach. Perhaps you yourself would want to be in charge of sales and make the selling side of things your own business. We would make our money out of the transportation fees. We would only consider this however with items we have obtained for free. Items we ourselves purchased at Auction we would definitely want money for this and we would definitely be in charge of this particular Sales department, unless of course you yourself are planning on putting money into it and investing in the goods also.

With this plan you would have your goods collected and dumped in your garage, and it is totally down to you then how much you make from Sales. The only stipulation would be that the goods be delivered by your chosen courier only. No collections.

Also, with this plan, in the event that you are making to much from Sales, and our Flea Market has became well advertised and is generating revenue, we would eventually want payment from you for renting a Stall in our Flea Market. But we would not activate this clause until such time as we are all in agreement that this is something that you could reasonably afford, and such time that we are all in agreement that renting one of our Stalls is worth the risk. So in effect, we are making the exact same offer to you in regards to the free Stall in our Flea Market, as we are on the other hand asking from you in regards to your valuable storage space. Therefore, we might actually want a written counter agreement that at no time do you sell goods that we have collected and delivered to you from our own sources on your own website.

I think the long term goal here is eventually we would rent you a Stall named "Hercules III" for the exact same price that you rent us your garage.

We also take a lot of goods to Storage Facilities. This is another area where we could make "you" money, by offering the client a cheaper solution.

Perhaps you are a trader that has lots of experience in this market and can see how gullible we are being. In which case, feel free to take advantage of this one time offer to one person & their garage, because that is just it, we want to see how "you" do first before setting up Stall right next to you. On the other hand you may think the deal is to much in our favour, in which case all I will say is that this is just an idea, and ideas can be modified as we go. Feel free to contact us and put forward your terms. At the end of the day, you lose nothing. Your garage was empty already. We came along and gave you free supply of goods which you could sell on a platform which was made available to you. If you sold just one item then you are a winner.
