For residents living within the City of Edinburgh, The Shipping Warrior will provide a special offer for a courier service when the collection address and delivery address are both within the confines of the City of Edinburgh.

For any item no larger than 1 cubic meter, and no heavier than 15 kg we will do the job for just one and a half times whatever a Taxi would cost you from the Collection Address to the Delivery Address. 

For items heavier than 15 kg, or larger than 1 cubic meter, we will still do the job at no extra cost, though as this offer is only for a one man service, so assistance with carrying the item to and from van may be required at each end by yourself, or the other person.

The Taxi fare will be worked out using Taxi fare calculator . Com . Loading and unloading time will be charged at £32.10 per hour, so if loading and unloading took us 15 minutes then that would work out at an extra £8.02.

So, if your Taxi fare came to £15 and your loading time came to £8.02, that would make the job total £30.52.
